If you are not receiving your phone calls or if your calls are strangely going to another phone or location you will want to check if call forwarding has been turned on.
A quick way to see if Call Forwarding is turned on is if the icon circled in green in the picture below is present:
How to check if call forwarding is turned on and turn it off:
- Press the menu button
- Make sure Features menu is selected, will have a white outline around it, and press the button directly under the select option.
- If all the button light up red, that means there isn’t any call forwarding going on.
- If one the lights are green, that means call forwarding is turned on:
- To turn off call forwarding, just press the green light. Once pressed, the light should turn red and then call forwarding will be off.
- To exit the Menu system, press the Hang Up / Call Finished button
