While your extension # is on your phone in the top left corner under the date and time, you can also find it when logged into Avaya Central Office Webportal: https://login.cloudoffice.avaya.com/
Yes, you can also search on your desk phone, but that becomes a little tricky with as many extensions that Goodwill has.
Once logged in, you can find your extension number by clicking on your initials in the top left corner. It will display your name, Main Goodwill Number, and your extension number:
To find yourself or anyone else's contact information you can searching the online directory by clicking on Contacts in the toolbar across the top:
That will open up a directory and you can reduce the number of results by entering search criteria in the search box for information in any of the fields below:
Searching by a First Name like "Tim" : looks like:
Searching by a Last Name like "Smith" : looks like:
Searching by an Extension Number (full or partial) like 737 looks like:
Searching by a Phone Number (full or partial) like area code 708 looks like:
Searching by an eMail Address (full or partial) like @excel looks like:
You can dial the extension from your Avaya Central Office phone, or desktop app, logged into the web portal, or from the app on your Apple or Android phone. You can dial the Phone Number, which is sometimes referred to by IT as the DID (short for Direct Inward Dial), from any phone.
You can also sort your results by clicking on the header of any of the fields:
This shows that the results are sorted by First Name since the carrot is to the right of the First Name.
Since the Carrot above is pointed down iits means that the results are sorted in ascending order (0-9, a-z)
This shows that the results are sorted by Email since the carrot is to the right of the First Name.
Since the Carrot above is pointed up it means that the results are sorted in descending order (z-a, 9-0)
