Overview

The Public Call Park feature puts a call on hold in a location that is accessible to any Avaya Cloud Office User who dials the virtual extension number.
The virtual extension number is automatically assigned by the system when the call is parked.
Public Call Park is available to all users and does not require any configuration
If a parked call is not retrieved within 5 minutes, it will ring back on the extension which parked the call.
