How do I page with Avaya Central Office (ACO)?


For Overhead Paging at the Administration Offices:

Pressing the "Corp Page" button or dialing 7770 on a full user phone will access the overhead paging. If you get an error that no one is available to take your call, the paging system may currently be in use. If it answers, you may or may not hear a quick beep-beep but the system will be waiting for a zone number, press 00 to page all overhead paging but the Western retail store.


For Emergency Paging at the Administration Offices:

Press the "Page" button the system will respond with please enter group number plus pound, dial 222#, and wait for the overhead tone to begin your page. This will page all overhead paging in the plant, administration offices, retail store, and designated phones at the Western Campus.


For Store Paging at the Administration Offices:

Dialing 6159 on a full user phone will access the overhead paging. If you get an error that no one is available to take your call, the paging system may currently be in use. If it answers, you may or may not hear a quick beep-beep but the system will be waiting for a zone number, press 00 for the zone number to page all overhead paging at the Western retail store.


For  Store Paging at the All Other Retail Stores:

Dialing 6XX9 where XX is the local two-digit store number on a full user phone will access a recording device. This device will record up to 20 seconds, speak your page, and hang up. When you hang up and disconnect, the recording device will then play your recorded message over the paging system.
