There are two things you need for the Audio Conference Bridge.
1. A Telephone Number to call
2. A Participant and Host access Code
1) Telephone numbers have not changed. You can use the traditional (574) 472-7310 or (866) 649-7310 numbers.
2) To connect the "Participants" with a "Host" one needs both a host and participant access code. When you call the phone numbers above, or any Avaya Audio Bridge Access Number it will prompt you for your participant access code.
If you are the host, this is when you enter your host code followed by the pound sign.
If you are a participant, this is when you enter your participant code followed by the pound sign.
Once both are connected you will be able to have a phone conference.
How do you find your Host and Participant code to hold a conference call?
1) Login to the Avaya Central Office Webportal: https://login.cloudoffice.avaya.com/
2) Click Settings:
3) Click Phones & Numbers:
4) Click on Conference:
5) Then the Avaya Main Conference Bridge Number along with your individual Host Code and Participant Code will be displayed:
6) When you call in, use your host code... when your invitees call in, have them use the Participant code.
If you ever need your Host Code or Participant Code reset, please open a ticket with IT or call the IT Helpdesk.
