1. Navigate to the FaxFinder website by clicking the icon on your desktop.

2. Click "More Information". If you instead get a page that says "Your connection is not private", click on the "Advanced" button and then "Proceed to 192.168.0.144(unsafe)" as seen below.



3. Click "Go on to the webpage".


3. Login using your email credentials without the @goodwill-ni.org.

 

 

4. Click the “Send Fax” button on the left.

 

 

5. Fill in your contact information, for the FAX NUMBER enter the fax number like you are dialing from South Bend. Include 1+area code if needed or just the 7 digit number if it is local to South Bend.

 

 

6. Fill in the recipient’s contact information and click “Add Recipient”.

 

 

7. Double check that the information for the recipient is correct and add another if necessary.

 

 

8. Attach the PDF of the document you want to fax by clicking “Choose File”.

 

 

9. Make sure the file you want to send is shown here after you select it.

 

 

10. Click the “Add Another Attachment” button shown previously to send multiple documents if needed.

 

11. Click “Send Fax” in the bottom right of the page and you will be shown this summary page.

 

 

 

12. You can check the status of your fax by clicking on the “Fax Status” button on the left. This is also where you can abort your fax if there was an error.

 

 

13. You can also click on “Outbound Fax Log” to review if your fax was sent successfully or not and resend it if failed or was aborted.
