First, press the button that says Email from the home menu.



Then click the address book to choose who to send it to. The staff at your location should be in the address book already. You can also manually add them by clicking where it says To:


 

Next, select the person you're sending it to. Then click the green arrow to add them and they'll appear on the right side. Press OK.


 

It then brings you to this screen where you can confirm your settings and that it's sending to the right person. Press Send Email and it should send.
